FAQ

No, the congress won’t be livestreamed. However, registered attendees will have access to the recorded sessions for at least 90 days.

The recordings will be available starting from November 11th.

No, watching the recordings alone will not make you eligible for a certificate of attendance. Certificates are only provided to those who participate on-site.

Group Registrations

If you are interested in a group registration (10 persons or more), contact the Congress Secretariat for further information. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant. Blank registrations are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds (less €25 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to those delegates unable to attend. Cancellations must be addressed to the Organizing Secretariat in writing before July 21st 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 21st 2026.
Whether the congress should be moved to an online-only solution after  July 21st 2026 no reimbursement will be issued.

All refunds will be issued after the end of the Congress.
